At Studio 97, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our work and the experience we provide. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments.

If you are not satisfied with a service, please let us know within 3 days of your appointment. We’ll happily invite you back for a complimentary fix or adjustment with the same technician.

Please note:

• Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind.

• We do not offer refunds on gift vouchers, deposits, or products that have been purchased.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a late cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

• Services performed by request against professional advice are non-refundable.
